- What takes about 30 minutes on what already exists: replacing texts or images, updating details (prices, hours, phone numbers, team) or adjusting an existing section.
- A small improvement
- Evolution only: something new and contained within an existing page, of up to an hour, such as a block in the current design, a simple form or an SEO adjustment. It counts as two changes.
- Quoted separately
- New pages, a store, new integrations, CRM, redesigns, private areas and any new development.
- How to ask
- From your portal, in Support, with the type “A change”. The portal shows how many you have used this month. They count in the month they are asked for, and unused ones do not carry over.
- In all three plans
- Standard hosting, up to 20 GB of transfer a month (not unlimited: we let you know at 80%, and any extra charge needs your prior acceptance); security updates tested before they go live; a monthly check (the site opens, forms arrive and Search Console shows no serious errors) and version history: if an update fails, the site goes back to the previous one.
- No minimum term
- Cancel with 30 days' notice: it takes effect at the end of the plan month in which the 30 days are reached; that is the last charge, and the service continues until that day.
- Separate, at your cost
- The domain, in your name: you pay the registrar (about $11–20 a year). Professional email, if you want it. Third-party licences: paid fonts, stock photos or tools such as a booking system.
